Induction Training

Role-Specific Training: An overview of the caregiver’s responsibilities and the standards they must meet.

Care Assistant Training
Care Certificate
All new caregivers complete the Care Certificate, a nationally recognized training program that sets the foundation for providing high-quality care. The Care Certificate consists of 15 standards, including:

Duty of care, safeguarding, and equality and diversity.
Communication, privacy, and dignity.
Basic life support, health and safety, and infection control.
Nutrition, hydration, and awareness of mental health, dementia, and learning disabilities.
This training ensures that every caregiver has the essential skills and knowledge to provide safe, compassionate, and effective care.
Mandatory Training

To comply with UK regulations and ensure the safety of both clients and staff, we provide ongoing **mandatory training** that is refreshed annually or as required. This includes:

- Moving and Handling: Safe techniques for assisting clients with mobility.
